Once we’ve received your completed booking form, we’ll prepare an electronic tenancy agreement and invoice. After the invoice is paid and the agreement is signed, the room is officially yours.
Your first invoice will include:

One month’s refundable deposit (returned at the end of your tenancy)

First month’s rent (prorated to your actual move-in date)

A one-time administration fee to cover your setup with Harmony Haus and the condo management
You will be issued an invoice on the 23rd of each month for your next month's rent. Payment of the invoice in full is required before the first of the month. There are penalties for late payment which are clearly indicated in your tenancy agreement.
No, there isn't any agent fee payable. You are liaising with the direct owner and hence savings can be achieved with regards to agent fee.
At Harmony Haus, we want to maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all residents. As part of your tenancy, please note the following house rules:

Occupancy: The number of residents must strictly follow what is stated in your rental agreement. Subletting or allowing unregistered occupants is not permitted.

Guests: You may invite up to two guests at any one time. However, guests are not allowed to stay overnight. This ensures privacy and comfort for all residents.

Compliance: If these rules are not followed, Harmony Haus reserves the right to terminate the tenancy. In such cases, your deposit will be forfeited as a penalty.

Pets: To maintain cleanliness and consideration for all, no pets are allowed.

Noise: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM daily. Please keep noise levels down to respect fellow housemates and neighbours.

Cleanliness: Residents are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in both their personal rooms and shared spaces. Please dispose of trash promptly, clean up after cooking, and respect communal facilities so everyone can enjoy a pleasant living environment.
By adhering to these rules, we can ensure a harmonious living experience for everyone at Harmony Haus.
The minimum duration for any lease is 3 months. However, special rates are granted for longer term leases so you might want to take that into consideration when you make a booking with us to make your money worth the while.
Utilities will be billed separately and charged on a monthly basis with your rental. We also charge a monthly A/C maintenance fee to cover the cost of AC servicing and maintenance. This servicing will happen quarterly and is inclusive of regular filters cleaning, chemical washing and gas top-ups. Most of our properties come fully equipped with everything you need for comfortable living, including a 40”-50” smart TV, super fast 10Gbps broadband WiFi, a dining table with chairs, and a washing machine.
The kitchen is stocked with comprehensive essentials — fridge, crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans, cooking dishes, serving ware, glassware, mugs, kettle, toaster, and hob — so you can cook and dine with ease.
